Emails con Valentina

I have been talking to a girl named Valentina for about a week now. She is very nice. Even though we have only exchanged about three emails it has been a good way to practice my Spanish. She likes the same music I like. She’s really interested in music and dance. I have been asking follow up questions too. Hopefully this will keep the conversation going.

Here is the first email from Valentina:

Hola Rachel! Como estás?? Que lindo recibir noticias de ustedes! Estoy muy ansiosa por ir a Estados Unidos! Gracias por escribir!
Soy Valentina, me dicen Valen.. tengo ojos celestes, pelo castaño claro, soy alta. Me gusta mucho la música y cantar me encanta también! Me gustan mucho las canciones en inglés! Me gustan las canciones que tiene Taylor Swift! A vos que cantantes te gustan??
No tengo cuenta en skype.. pero tengo facebook, vos tenés? Mi cuenta de facebook es Valentina Alves Cordero.. agregame si querés! O sino agregame al msn..
